Hernan graduated from National Autonomous University of Honduras as a Civil Engineer anf from City College of New York with a ME in Civil Engineering. He is registered professional Engineer with over 30 years experience. He serves as Resident Engineer for multiple NYCDDC projects. His commitment to quality inspection and owner satisfaction is evidenced by his hand-on approach to major projects.
